There are no listing charges, no penalty fees and no post-sale surprises. What you pay is shown before you publish or check out.
Disputes settled on evidence
Your payment sits in escrow until you confirm the item matches its listing. If something's wrong, you have 5 days after delivery to raise it. Both sides submit evidence — dispatch photos, tracking, unboxing — and the reasoning behind the decision is shown to both of you.
Sellers earn an accuracy score
Confirmed sales, condition checks that match on arrival and dispute history feed a seller's accuracy score. You can see how honestly someone describes their items before you buy.
